April 16-18th - Attended the Spring Conference of the Lancashire Association of Town & Parish Councils which includes Merseyside in my capacity as Leader of the Oppositoin on Halewood Town Council. A very worthwhile event covering a range of topics and some good networking opportunities to share best practice.
