April 2nd - Spoke to Manweb/Scottish Power on behalf of residents in Roxborough Walk about the litter and weeds in their sub-station in this area after one of the residents contacted me for advice. This higlights the difficulties the Council has in dealing with the local environment when the responsibility for some of the hot spots is outside of the Council's control; private land owners, local farmers and businesses also have to address their responsibilities to keep the area clean which is what the Knowsley Pride campaigns aims to highlight.
