Oct 20th - A very difficult appeals committee hearing today, always hard to dismiss an appeal against someone who has been working for the Council but we have to uphold discipline and the core values of the authority.

Also received some challenging casework today involving a pupil being excluded from school which will be quite compex to resolve but I like a challenge!
